You Grow According to the Level of Your Beliefs.

This is the REASON why, in a world of over 7 billion people, not everyone is successful, happy, and content.

Hi there,

I know this newsletter usually focuses on English speaking and communication, but what I’m about to share applies to everyone, in every field, and at any stage of life.

I wanted to share these insights with you so you can use them to make better decisions and achieve your goals faster.

The reason some of your peers are more successful than you isn’t because they’re smarter. It’s because they’ve unlocked certain secrets.

You’ve probably seen people succeed quickly, even when faced with tough challenges.
What’s their secret?
It all comes down to one thing: beliefs.

What are beliefs?

According to Google, a belief is "a feeling that something is true, morally good, or right, or that someone or something exists."

Notice the word feeling. Without realizing it, we often build limiting beliefs about ourselves over time.

  • I can’t do this.

  • I don’t have time.

  • I can’t handle multiple important things at once.

  • I can’t learn while I travel.

  • I can’t enroll because of financial issues.

Sound familiar?

These are all limiting beliefs. They are stopping you from achieving your goals.

Those who manage to break free from these limiting beliefs grow. They achieve great things and lead happier, more fulfilling lives.

But those who hold on to these beliefs? They often struggle and feel jealous of others’ success.

There’s a saying: Hate comes from below. You’ll never see hate from someone who’s doing better than you. Would you agree?

How do you break limiting beliefs?

If you’re already wondering how to break your limiting beliefs, you’re on the right track. Acknowledging the problem is the first step to solving it.

Here are a few steps to help you break free from limiting beliefs:

1. Identify the belief

Awareness is key. Write down any negative thoughts or limiting beliefs you have, like "I’m not good enough" or "I’ll never succeed at this." By bringing them to light, you can start to challenge and change them.

2. Embrace discomfort

Do the opposite of your natural response. For example, if you usually watch YouTube or web series while traveling, switch that time to something more productive, like watching a course or reading a book.

3. Reframe your thoughts

Change negative beliefs into positive ones. Instead of thinking, "I always fail," say to yourself, "I learn from my mistakes and grow."

4. See other perspectives

Always remember, your viewpoint isn’t the absolute truth. There could be better perspectives out there. Stay open to learning and accepting new ideas.

5. Surround yourself with positivity

Spend time with people who uplift you, consume content that inspires you, and engage in activities that build your confidence. Your environment shapes your mindset, so make sure it’s a positive one.

How will you know your beliefs have changed?

You’ll begin to see opportunities in everything. You’ll stop saying, "This is the only way to do it," and instead, keep an open mind to new possibilities.

If you’ve reached that point, congratulations—you’ve formed new beliefs that will help you achieve your goals much faster.

In this vast world, anything is possible. All it takes is a shift in your beliefs to change your choices, and those choices will change your actions.

I hope this newsletter was helpful! If you found value in it, feel free to share it with someone who could benefit.
